One might assume this smoothie is simply those two ingredients… but wait, there’s more!

Makes: 2 servings (2 x 1 litre jars)
Equipment required: blender
This is one of the yummiest smoothies I’ve had to date, and trust me when I say, I’ve had a lot of smoothies!I love feijoas! They’re one of my favourite fruit – and I know they don’t grow everywhere around the world, but right now in Kiwi Land they’re coming through in abundance. Love this time of year!
4 frozen bananas
6 feijoas (skin on)
1/2 cup frozen mango (optional)
1/2 honeydew melon
1 cup coconut water
1 cup filtered water
Place all ingredients, except the filtered water, into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add filtered water as required to make a more runny consistency, and blend again.
Pour into two jars, add some straws and enjoy!
